Payment by Wire Transfer Upon Direction by Certain Holders. Notwithstanding any provision of this Trust Agreement or of any Obligation to the contrary, the Trustee shall upon the written direction of any Holder as of the applicable Regular Record Date or Special Record Date, as the case may be, of an Obligation or Obligations in the minimum aggregate principal amount of $1,000,000 make all payments to that Holder of interest on the Obligation or Obligations or any part thereof by wire transfer of federal funds to an account in a bank or trust company organized under the laws of Canada or the United States of America or any state or province thereof designated by such Holder.   • Withdrawals upon Termination 31.4.1 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, all amounts standing to the credit of the Escrow Account shall, upon Termination, be appropriated in the following order:
