Common use of Privilege of Redemption and Redemption Price Clause in Contracts

Privilege of Redemption and Redemption Price. The Bonds shall be subject to redemption prior to maturity at such times, to the extent and in the manner provided in the applicable Bond Legislation, all subject to this Indenture.
