Common use of Privileges and Immunities from Liability Clause in Contracts

Privileges and Immunities from Liability. All privileges and immunities from liability, applicable to the activities of officers, agents or employees of a public agency when performing their respective functions, shall apply to the officers, agents, or employees of the Library JPA to the same degree and extent while performing any of the functions and other duties of such officers, agents, or employees under this Agreement. None of the officers, agents, or employees directly employed by the Library JPA shall be deemed, by reason of their employment by the Library JPA, to be employed by the individual Members or subject to any of the requirements of the Members.
