Common use of Privileges and Immunities from Liability Clause in Contracts

Privileges and Immunities from Liability. All of the privileges and immunities from liability, applicable to the activities of officers, agents or employees of a public agency when performing their respective functions shall apply to the officers, agents or employees of the Authority to the same degree and extent while performing any of the functions and other duties of such officers, agents or employees under this Agreement. None of the officers, agents or employees directly employed by the Authority shall be deemed, by reason of their employment by the Authority, to be employed by the Members or subject to any of the requirements of the Members.
