PRIVILEGES AND IMMUNITIES. 18.1. Nothing in this Contract or in any document or arrangement relating thereto shall be construed as conferring any privileges or immunities of, or relating to, EFI on Contractor or any person performing tasks under the Contract. 18.2. Nothing in the Contract may be interpreted as a waiver of any privileges or immunities accorded to EFI by its constituent documents or international law.
