Common use of Privileges, Immunities and Exemptions Clause in Contracts

Privileges, Immunities and Exemptions. accorded to the Bank Nothing contained in this Contract shall be construed as or constitute a waiver, renunciation or other modification of any privileges, immunities and exemptions accorded to the Bank under the Agreement Establishing the African Development Bank, international conventions or any other applicable law.
