Privileges, immunities and facilities. 12.1 ITU is an intergovernmental organization and a United Nations specialized agency and, as such, enjoys the privileges, immunities and facilities derived from this status, as recognized by the applicable international agreements and by relevant national laws. 12.2 Nothing in or relating to this Agreement shall be deemed a waiver, express or implied, of any privileges, immunities and facilities of the ITU or any of its officials.
