Common use of Pro-D Funding Clause in Contracts

Pro-D Funding. a. The Board's annual contribution to the Pro-D fund shall be sixty-five thousand dollars ($65,000.00) and the Association's contribution shall be sixteen thousand dollars ($16,000.00). b. All Professional Development funds contributed by both parties shall be administered by the Association. The disbursement of all professional development funds contributed by the District shall be reported to the District by August 31 of each year for Ministry financial auditing purposes only. Reports to the District will list activities and dollar amounts only.
