Transitional Funding Sample Clauses

Transitional Funding. Should a Housing Provider be eligible for Transitional Funding, Schedule “F” of this Agreement shall be applicable, and the requirements of Schedule “F” shall apply to the provision by CMHC of such Transitional Funding. In the event of any miscalculation creating a surplus in Transitional Funding, the Housing Provider agrees to refund such surplus amounts to CMHC in accordance with Section 5(f).

Should the transitional funding paid in any fiscal year exceed the actual funding required as established by CMHC, the Housing Provider shall promptly refund all excess amounts to CMHC through the reconciliation activity outlined in Section 9(d).
