Pro Forma. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, financial ratios and tests (including the Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio and the amount of Consolidated Total Assets) pursuant to this Agreement shall be calculated in the manner prescribed by the definition of “Pro Forma Basis.”
