Common use of Pro Rata Adjustment Clause in Contracts

Pro Rata Adjustment. If for any reason it shall become necessary to calculate any amount due under this Lease (excepting those amounts excluded from Rent pursuant to Section 3.7(b)) for an irregular period of less than one (1) year or one (1) calendar month, as the case may be, then an appropriate pro rata adjustment of such amount shall be made based on the number of days of the calendar year or the calendar month, as the case may be, in such irregular period.
