Common use of PRO-RATING OF ADDITIONAL RENT Clause in Contracts

PRO-RATING OF ADDITIONAL RENT. If only part of any calendar year is included within the Term the amount of the Additional Rent payable by the Tenant for such partial year shall be prorated and shall be based upon the estimates made by the Landlord and upon a final determination of such Additional Rent, the amount remaining unpaid at the termination of this Lease shall, notwithstanding such termination, be adjusted and paid within a reasonable time thereafter.
