Problem Diagnosis eGenuity support may lead the user through corrective action over the telephone to determine problem origin and ascertain corrective steps with the product to a reasonable degree. eGenuity is not obligated to resolve issues involving outside hardware and accepts no liability for product damage due to faulty or malfunctioning equipment owned by the CUSTOMER or damage caused by CUSTOMER’s personnel or contractors.
