PROBLEMS WITH BILLS OR PURCHASES. (1) You are responsible for confirming the correctness of your monthly statement. If you dispute a Charge, you must notify us no later than 60 days from the statement date otherwise we have the right to regard the statement as conclusive. We will take reasonable steps to assist you to resolve disputed Charges by providing information about the disputed Charge.
