A. Contractor guarantees consistent quality and availability of the Services offered.

C. Contractor shall maintain compliance with all requirements of this Contract throughout the entire Contract term, including any extensions.

1. CONTRACTOR CERTIFICATIONS
A. Contractor shall maintain current certifications with the Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC) and the International Air Transportation Association (IATA) throughout the entire term of the Contract.
