PROBLEMS WITH GOODS AND SERVICES. 20.1 The Bank is not liable in any way should the Cardmember encounter any problems with the goods and services that the Cardmember obtains through the use of the Card nor is the Bank responsible for any benefits, discounts or programmes of any Merchant that the Bank makes available to the Cardmember. Notwithstanding the non-delivery or non-performance or defects in any such goods and services, the Bank shall be entitled to debit any Card Account or any other Account(s) the Cardmember maintains with the Bank the full amount pursuant to that Card Transaction. The Bank shall not be liable or responsible for the quantity, quality, merchantability, fitness for purpose or any other aspect of the goods and services supplied by a merchant to the Cardmember or in respect of any contract or transaction entered into by such merchant with the Cardmember connected with the use of the Card. All disputes regarding the goods and services must be settled directly with the Merchant.
