Procedure for Inmate Placement and Transfer; Third Party Medical Transport and Services. A representative of Xxxxxxx shall notify Denver when it desires to house Xxxxxxx inmates in the DDDC. The notification shall include the number of inmates to be housed, the type of housing required, the anticipated date and time for delivery of the inmate(s) to representatives of the DDDC and for each inmate, the inmate’s name, all relevant judgment/commitment information, and any available institutional summaries, disciplinary records, grievances filed by the inmate, any pertinent health records, and any other available information. All inmate information shall be subject to statutory limitations on disclosure. Following notification by Xxxxxxx, Denver shall determine the amount of available space and notify Xxxxxxx of what space Denver is able and willing to provide for Xxxxxxx. Thereafter, the parties shall determine a mutually agreeable date and time for Denver to accept custody of the Xxxxxxx inmate(s) that Denver has agreed to incarcerate on Douglas’s behalf. Xxxxxxx shall be responsible for transporting and providing all necessary security for Xxxxxxx inmates to and from DDDC and all other venues, unless otherwise agreed. If an inmate must be transferred to or receive medical care at any other medical facility, Xxxxxxx shall arrange for such transfer and other medical care and pay all such medical and transport providers directly, with no cost to Denver. Xxxxxxx shall provide all transport and security to and from the DDDC, except in the event of an emergency. In the event of an emergency, Denver shall arrange emergency transfer to the nearest hospital and Xxxxxxx shall bear the entire attendant medical, security, and transfer expenses for the Xxxxxxx inmate.

  • Outpatient emergency and urgicenter services within the service area The emergency room copay applies to all outpatient emergency visits that do not result in hospital admission within twenty-four (24) hours. The urgicenter copay is the same as the primary care clinic office visit copay.

CONTRACTOR shall require such employees, agents, subcontractors, and all other individuals performing services under this Agreement to sign a statement acknowledging the child abuse reporting requirements set forth in Sections 11166 and 11166.05 of the Penal Code and the dependent adult and elder abuse reporting requirements, as set forth in Section 15630 of the WIC, and shall comply with the provisions of these code sections, as they now exist or as they may hereafter be amended.

  • International Olympic Committee; International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement As instructed from time to time by ICANN, the names (including their IDN variants, where applicable) relating to the International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement listed at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/resources/registries/reserved shall be withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator at the second level within the TLD. Additional International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement names (including their IDN variants) may be added to the list upon ten (10) calendar days notice from ICANN to Registry Operator. Such names may not be activated in the DNS, and may not be released for registration to any person or entity other than Registry Operator.   • Joint Funded Project with the Ohio Department of Transportation In the event that the Recipient does not have contracting authority over project engineering, construction, or right-of- way, the Recipient and the OPWC hereby assign certain responsibilities to the Ohio Department of Transportation, an authorized representative of the State of Ohio. Notwithstanding Sections IV, VI.A., VI.B., VI.C., and VII of the Project Agreement, Recipient hereby acknowledges that upon notification by the Ohio Department of Transportation, all payments for eligible project costs will be disbursed by the Grantor directly to the Ohio Department of Transportation. A Memorandum of Funds issued by the Ohio Department of Transportation shall be used to certify the estimated project costs. Upon receipt of a Memorandum of Funds from the Ohio Department of Transportation, the OPWC shall transfer funds directly to the Ohio Department of Transportation via an Intra-State Transfer Voucher. The amount or amounts transferred shall be determined by applying the Participation Percentages defined in Appendix D to those eligible project costs within the Memorandum of Funds. In the event that the Project Scope is for right-of-way only, notwithstanding Appendix D, the OPWC shall pay for 100% of the right-of-way costs not to exceed the total financial assistance provided in Appendix C.
