PROCEDURE FOR RESOLVING CLAIMS. 15.1 Any claim by either the Company or Intertrust under these Terms or in connection with an Agreement shall be notified in writing. The notice of claim shall give details of the claim. 15.2 In case of a claim between the Company and Intertrust, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the claim amicably. If any such claim is not resolved amicably within thirty days from the date on which valid notice of the claim was given (or any longer period as is agreed by the Company and Intertrust in writing), it shall be finally resolved in accordance with paragraph 21 of these Terms.
