PROCEDURE FOR SCREENING. 12.3.1. Employees will be tested within the first day of employment. If the test results are positive, the employee will be subject to immediate termination. (Note: Every effort will be made to schedule testing for the first day.) The employee will not be eligible for re-testing for the purpose of being dispatched to the project of the requesting Employer until thirty (30) days has elapsed.
