Procedure for Termination. Whereby the contracting authority intends to terminate the contract, a purchase order or specific contract, it shall formally notify the contractor of its intention, specifying the grounds thereof. The contracting authority shall invite the contractor to make any observations and, in the case of point II.14.1, point c) to inform the contracting authority about the measures taken to continue the fulfilment of its contractual obligations, within 30 days from receipt of the notification.
