Procedure for transfer. 24.4.1 Subject to the conditions set out in Clause 24.2 (Conditions of assignment or transfer), a Transfer is effected in accordance with Clause 24.4.3 below when the Existing Lender and New Lender executes an otherwise duly completed Transfer Certificate.
