Procedure on Notice of Termination. ‌ The parties agree that if either side decides to reopen negotiations upon termination, making any changes in the Agreement, the other party may so notify the other at least one-hundred twenty (120) days and no more than one-hundred and eighty (180) days prior to the expiration of the Agreement or the extension thereof.
