Common use of Procedures for Appointing Subagents Clause in Contracts

Procedures for Appointing Subagents. If the Company desires to seek the appointment of a contractor, a subcontractor or other party to act as the Agency’s agent, including, but not limited, to the individuals and entities described on Schedule B attached hereto (a "Subagent") for the purpose of effecting purchases which are eligible for the Sales Tax Exemption pursuant to authority of this Project Agreement, it must complete the following steps:
