Procedures for End User Changes in Service Provider. 17.2.1 The Parties agree that it will be necessary for the Parties to manage certain service activities to minimize disruption to end users when end users change service providers. The Parties agree to establish mutually acceptable, reasonable, and efficient procedures for the exchange of necessary information between the Parties for the purpose of managing these end user service change activities. The Parties further agree that requests will be submitted according to guidelines established by the OBF for such purposes.
