DISCIPLINE The Oklahoma School Code empowers Boards of Education with the responsibility to set policy for the control and discipline of all children attending public school. Such policy shall provide options for the methods of control and discipline of students and shall define standards of conduct to which students are expected to conform. If corporal punishment is permitted, it shall be conducted in accordance with Board policy.
