Procedures for Hiring. The director shall select candidates for employment from the employment pool. The director may conduct a search for a qualified candidate if a pool candidate is unable or unqualified for hire. When an unforeseen opportunity arises to offer a new course or section and the pool contains no candidates who have the desired qualifications, the Director may conduct a search for a qualified candidate who will be recommended for hiring.
