Procedures for Non-automatic Waiver Requests. If School complies with the timely provision of the School’s rationale in support of waiver request from state laws and regulations, then District Board agrees to jointly request waiver of the state laws and regulations that are listed in Attachment 6. To the extent the State Board does not grant the requested waivers or imposes conditions upon the School with respect to such waivers, it is agreed that representatives of the Parties shall meet to negotiate the effect of such State Board action.
