PROCEDURES FOR SUPPLEMENTAL PAYMENT CALCULATIONS. A. All calculations required by this Article shall be calculated by the Third Party selected pursuant to Section 4.3, above. B. The calculations made by the Third Party shall be made at the same time and on the same schedule as the calculations made pursuant to Section 4.6, above. C. All amounts owed by the Applicant to the District for a Tax Year under this Article shall be paid on the same date established by Section 4.6 for such Tax Year.
