Procedures for Written Response. The evaluatee shall have the right to respond in writing to the performance evaluation within ten working days from date of receipt of the Final Evaluation Report. Such response shall be attached to each copy of the Final Evaluation Report and shall become part of the evaluatee’s permanent personnel file.
