Procedures Regarding Post-Distribution Rulings and Unqualified Tax Opinions. (a) If SpinCo determines that it desires to take one of the actions described in clauses (i) through (vii) of Section 6.02(c) (a “Notified Action”), SpinCo shall notify Parent of this fact in writing.
