Common use of Proceedings and Documentation Clause in Contracts

Proceedings and Documentation. All proceedings of LCLL in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and all documents and instruments incident to such proceedings, shall be satisfactory in form and substance to Weedmaps and the Members, and their respective counsel, and their respective counsel shall have received all such receipts, documents and instruments, or copies thereof, certified if requested, to which Weedmaps and the Members are entitled and as may be reasonably requested.

Proceedings and Documentation. All corporate and other proceedings of LCLL Weedmaps in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and all documents and instruments incident to such corporate proceedings, shall be satisfactory in form and substance to Weedmaps LCLL and the Members, and their respective LCLL’s counsel, and their respective LCLL and LCLL’s counsel shall have received all such receipts, documents and instruments, or copies thereof, certified if requested, to which Weedmaps and the Members are LCLL is entitled and as may be reasonably requested.
