Proceedings and Documentation. All corporate and other proceedings of Weedmaps in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and all documents and instruments incident to such corporate proceedings, shall be satisfactory in form and substance to LCLL and LCLL’s counsel, and LCLL and LCLL’s counsel shall have received all such receipts, documents and instruments, or copies thereof, certified if requested, to which LCLL is entitled and as may be reasonably requested.
