Common use of Proceedings Satisfactory Clause in Contracts

Proceedings Satisfactory. All proceedings taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and all documents incident thereto shall be satisfactory in form and substance to Seller and its counsel, and Seller and its counsel shall have received copies of all such documents (executed or certified, as may be appropriate) as Seller and its counsel may reasonably request in connection with such transactions.

Proceedings Satisfactory. All proceedings taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and all documents incident thereto shall be satisfactory in form and substance to Seller Buyer and its counsel, and Seller Buyer and its counsel shall have received copies of all such documents (executed or certified, as may be appropriate) as Seller Buyer and its counsel may reasonably request in connection with such transactions.

Proceedings Satisfactory. All proceedings to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and all documents incident thereto shall be to such transaction are satisfactory in form and substance to Seller the Purchaser and its counsel, and Seller and its counsel shall have received copies of all such documents (executed or certified, as may be appropriate) as Seller and its counsel may reasonably request in connection with such transactions.

All proceedings to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and all documents incident thereto to such transactions shall be satisfactory in form and substance to Seller the Note Purchaser and its counsel, and Seller and its counsel shall have received copies of all such documents (executed or certified, as may be appropriate) as Seller and its counsel may reasonably request in connection with such transactions.
