Common use of Proceedings Satisfactory Clause in Contracts

Proceedings Satisfactory. All proceedings taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and all documents incident thereto shall be satisfactory in form and substance to Buyer and its counsel, and Buyer and its counsel shall have received copies of all such documents (executed or certified, as may be appropriate) as Buyer and its counsel may reasonably request in connection with such transactions.

Proceedings Satisfactory. All proceedings taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and all documents incident thereto shall be satisfactory in form and substance to Buyer Seller and its counsel, and Buyer Seller and its counsel shall have received copies of all such documents (executed or certified, as may be appropriate) as Buyer Seller and its counsel may reasonably request in connection with such transactions.

Proceedings Satisfactory. All proceedings to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and all documents incident thereto to such transactions shall be satisfactory in form and substance to Buyer the Note Purchaser and its counsel, and Buyer and its counsel shall have received copies of all such documents (executed or certified, as may be appropriate) as Buyer and its counsel may reasonably request in connection with such transactions.

All proceedings to be taken in connection with the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and all documents incident thereto thereto, shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to the Buyer and its counsel, and and, the Buyer and its counsel shall have received copies of all such documents (executed or certified, and customary certificates as may be appropriate) as the Buyer and its counsel may reasonably request in connection with such transactionstherewith.
