Common use of Proceeds and Products Clause in Contracts

Proceeds and Products. All proceeds of any and all of the foregoing Collateral and, to the extent not otherwise included, all payments under insurance whether or not Secured Party is a loss payee thereof, or any indemnity, warranty or guaranty, payable by reason of loss, damage, or otherwise, with respect to any of the foregoing Collateral.
