Proceeds of Reservation Fee. The Reservation Fee submitted to the Authority by Participant in connection with a Reservation Request shall be retained by the Authority. If a Participant desires to cancel a Reservation Request after submission of a Reservation Fee, such cancellation shall be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the applicable Program Guide.
