Process for Payment of Liquidated Damages. Liquidated damages payable by Contractor pursuant to this Article 11 may be retained by Owner from, and may be offset by Owner against, monies due or to become due to Contractor and, if none, or if the remaining monies to become due are less than the liquidated damages, Contractor agrees to pay to Owner each amount that has become due as liquidated damages, and has not been retained by Owner, within 30 days after the date on which such amount became due.

The payment of such liquidated damages shall not relieve Contractor from its other obligations under the Contract.
