PROCESS TO REQUEST THE HONCODE EVALUATION. 2.1 To obtain an audit the Client needs to fill the HONcode certification request by creating an account and providing legal contact information regarding the organisation and the services to be assessed and evaluated. The account should be used to update regularly the contact information and any information regarding the organisation or the service being certified or under certification.
