Opening times The Nursery is open between 08:30 and 17:30 Monday to Friday. Nursery Sessions end at 12.30pm, 1.30pm and 5.30pm. The Nursery is closed on bank holidays, University closure days, between Christmas and New Year and two staff training days each year. Exact closure dates are available on the Nursery website. Events that are beyond our control If any event beyond our reasonable control (e.g. a fire, flood, E-Coli outbreak, strike, civil action, act of terrorism, war etc.) occurs, for which we have business interruption insurance, we may close the nursery without liability to you and we will not charge you for the fees for the time the nursery is closed. We will keep you informed, in such an event. If it is, in our reasonable opinion, necessary or in the interests of the Children to do so, we may close the nursery even though our business interruption insurance will not cover us for the closure. In these circumstances, we will charge you for the time the nursery is closed. For example, we may close because of severe weather conditions (see Adverse weather policy), outbreak of flu, swine flu or other illnesses etc. Admission A completed application form, signed acceptance form and deposit are required to secure your child's place. Before your child is left unattended at the Nursery we must have in our possession a completed Child Entry Record, Contact Details form, Medical Information form and Permissions form. Parents must keep the Nursery updated with any changes to the information contained in the Child Entry Record through written notification when they become aware.

  • Information Management Information and Records

  • Obligation to Provide Information Each party’s obligation to provide information shall be as follows:

  • provide a written description of the technical and organisational methods employed by the Supplier for processing Personal Data (within the timescales required by DFID); and

  • Failure to Provide Insurance Lessee acknowledges that any failure on its part to obtain or maintain the insurance required herein will expose Lessor to risks and potentially cause Lessor to incur costs not contemplated by this Lease, the extent of which will be extremely difficult to ascertain. Accordingly, for any month or portion thereof that Lessee does not maintain the required insurance and/or does not provide Lessor with the required binders or certificates evidencing the existence of the required insurance, the Base Rent shall be automatically increased, without any requirement for notice to Lessee, by an amount equal to 10% of the then existing Base Rent or $100, whichever is greater. The parties agree that such increase in Base Rent represents fair and reasonable compensation for the additional risk/costs that Lessor will incur by reason of Lessee's failure to maintain the required insurance. Such increase in Base Rent shall in no event constitute a waiver of Lessee's Default or Breach with respect to the failure to maintain such insurance, prevent the exercise of any of the other rights and remedies granted hereunder, nor relieve Lessee of its obligation to maintain the insurance specified in this Lease.

  • Information Services The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Securities or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians or depositories, information from data reporting services that provide detail on corporate actions and other securities information, and other commercially reasonable industry sources; and, provided the Custodian has acted in accordance with the standard of care set forth in Section 6 (a), the Custodian shall have no liability as a result of relying upon such information sources, including but not limited to errors in any such information.
