Processing and Notices. Upon the satisfaction of the conditions to approval of any proposed assignment and assumption, further encumbrance or transfer of Borrower interest set forth above, the Primary Servicer shall process the request of the related Borrower and shall be authorized to enter into one or more instruments to effect such transaction. The Primary Servicer shall notify the Master Servicer, the Trustee, the Certificate Administrator and the Special Servicer of any such transaction entered into pursuant to this Section 3.09. Any related fees collected from a Borrower in connection with any such transaction executed pursuant to this Section 3.09 shall be allocated and payable to the Persons and in the amounts provided in Section 3.10.

The Primary Servicer shall notify the Master Servicer, the Trustee, the Certificate Administrator and the Special Servicer of any such transaction entered into pursuant to this Section 3.09.
