Common use of Processing Expenses Clause in Contracts

Processing Expenses. Tenant shall pay to Landlord, as Landlord’s cost of processing each proposed assignment or subletting, an amount equal to the sum of Landlord’s reasonable attorneys’ fees, but in no event more than $1,000.00 (“Processing Costs”).

Processing Expenses. Tenant shall pay to Landlord, as Landlord’s cost of processing each proposed assignment or sublettingsubletting (whether or not the same is ultimately approved by Landlord or consummated by Tenant), an amount equal to the sum of Landlord’s (i) all reasonable attorneys’ feesfees and expenses incurred by Landlord with respect to such assignment or sublease, but in no event more than plus (ii) the sum of $1,000.00 750.00 for the cost of Landlord’s administrative, accounting and clerical time (collectively, “Processing Costs”).
