Processing Expenses. Tenant shall pay to Landlord, as Landlord’s cost of processing each proposed assignment or subletting (whether or not the same is ultimately approved by Landlord or consummated by Tenant), an amount equal to the sum of (i) all reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses incurred by Landlord with respect to such assignment or sublease, plus (ii) the sum of $750.00 for the cost of Landlord’s administrative, accounting and clerical time (collectively, “Processing Costs”).
