Common use of Processing Fee Clause in Contracts

Processing Fee. Borrower shall pay Lender a processing fee of $100,000, $25,000 of which has previously been paid to Lender and $75,000 of which shall be paid on the date the Loan is funded.

Processing Fee. Borrower Borrowers shall pay Lender a processing fee of Ninety Thousand Dollars ($100,00090,000), Twenty Thousand Dollars ($25,000 20,000) of which has previously been paid to Lender and Seventy Thousand Dollars ($75,000 70,000) of which shall be paid on the date the Loan is funded.

Processing Fee. Borrower Borrowers shall pay Lender a processing fee of Forty Four Thousand Dollars ($100,000, $25,000 of which has previously been paid to Lender and $75,000 of which shall be paid 44,000.00) on the date the Loan is funded.

Processing Fee. Borrower shall pay Lender a processing fee of $100,000, 50,000 to Lender of which $25,000 of which has previously been paid to Lender and $75,000 of which 25,000 shall be paid on the date the Loan is fundedat closing.

Processing Fee. Borrower shall pay Lender a processing fee of Thirty-Nine Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-Five and No/100 Dollars ($100,00039,375.00), $25,000 of which has previously been paid to Lender and $75,000 of which shall be paid on the date the Loan is funded.

Processing Fee. Borrower shall pay Lender a processing fee of Thirty Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($100,000, $25,000 of which has previously been paid to Lender and $75,000 of which shall be paid 37,500) on the date the Loan is funded.
