Common use of Processing of Applications Clause in Contracts

Processing of Applications. ▇▇▇▇ shall process complete applications for the registration of a Domain Name. ▇▇▇▇, in its sole discretion, shall have the right to approve or reject any application for the registration of a Domain Name and/or agree or refuse to register any Domain Name for any reason whatsoever with no liability of ▇▇▇▇ whatsoever to the Registrant, the Registrar of Record or any other person. ▇▇▇▇ will give notice to the Registrar of Record upon the approval or rejection of an application.
