Processing Of Documents. When requested to do so by the Owner, the DB shall process documents, and provide other reasonably required drawings, services and certifications, necessary to enable the Owner to (i) obtain financing or insurance for the Project; (ii) obtain approvals, permits and Certificates of Occupancy for the Project not otherwise required to be obtained by DB; and (iii) represent that the Work complies with requirements of governmental agencies having jurisdiction over the Project.
