Coordination of Work. Licensee shall be responsible for coordination of its Equipment installation work to avoid any interference with existing utilities, substructures, facilities and/or SFMTA transit operations. Licensee shall be the City's point of contact for all Equipment installation and except in case of emergency, all communications concerning Equipment installation shall be through Licensee's field representatives.

Coordination of Work. The Company shall use its reasonable efforts to minimize the necessity for road cuts, construction and the placement of new Equipment Within the ROW by coordinating its Work and sharing the use of support structures with other existing and new occupants of the ROWs.
Coordination of Work. If the Contractor has one or more crews working in the Village, the Contractor shall also have a designated manager level or above representative in the Village and available as an emergency contact by mobile phone within thirty (30) minutes. The representative shall call and provide their name and cell phone number to the Village prior to the start of work. The representative shall have a complete working knowledge of the specifications of the Work included herein, oversee the work being performed by the Contractor’s crews, and meet weekly with a Village employee to inspect and sign-off on the work performed. Promptly supply any necessary equipment, materials, or incidentals; and, c. Negotiate on the Contractor’s behalf and legally commit the Contractor in writing to any changes, additions or deletions to the Work specifications included herein or new Work requested by the Village in writing up to a limit of $2,500.

KsFiberNet shall be the City’s point of contact and all communications shall be through KsFiberNet. KsFiberNet shall be solely responsible for communicating with Kansas One-Call.
Coordination of Work. The Project Site(s) may be occupied and may operate on a twenty-four hour seven day a week schedule. Design-Build Firm shall ensure that the performance of the Work does not impact any ongoing operations at Project(s) site(s), which also includes the delivery of any materials and equipment. Access to and egress from the Project Site(s) shall be coordinated with the Project Manager to minimize interference to regular and emergency operations of the facility. During progress of Work under this Contract, it may be necessary for other Design-Build Firm’s and persons employed by the City to Work in or about the Project. The City reserves the right to put such other Design-Build Firm s to work and to afford such access to the Project site of the Work to be performed hereunder at such times as the City deems proper. If this Contract requires a portion of the Work to be tied into work done under other Contract(s), it will be necessary for Design-build Firm to plan its Work and cooperate with other Design-Build Firm s insofar as possible to prevent any interference and delay. The Design-build Firm shall not impede or interfere with the work of other Design-Build Firms engaged in or about the Work and shall so arrange and conduct its Work that such other Design-Build Firm s may complete their work at the earliest date possible.
