Common use of Processing of Product Clause in Contracts

Processing of Product. Omeros hereby engages Hospira, and Hospira hereby agrees, to Process the Product for commercial sale by Omeros in accordance with the Specifications, and in compliance with this Agreement and all Applicable Laws (including, without limitation, cGMPs). The terms of this Agreement shall apply to the exclusion of and shall supersede the terms of any purchase order, acknowledgement, confirmation, shipping document, or other document.
