Storage and Handling. Producer shall store and handle the Supplied Products in accordance with the Specifications. Raw materials utilized by Producer in connection with the manufacturing, processing and packaging of the Supplied Products shall not be used by Producer beyond the shelf life designated in the Specifications unless otherwise specified in writing by Purchaser. Producer shall handle, control and store, treat or dispose of any Waste generated in performing its obligations under this Agreement.
Storage and Handling. Locate all tanks (including slip tanks, mobile, and permanent tanks) away from traffic-congested areas. Fuel should be stored at least six metres from a building and there should be a 30 metre minimum clearance from the fuel dock to sleeping accommodations. Occupational Health and Safety enforces this legislation.
Storage and Handling. The Contractor shall be responsible to inspect all components on delivery to ensure that no damage occurred during shipping or handling for furnish and installation projects. For equipment only purchases, the ordering entity shall be responsible to inspect all components on delivery. Materials must be stored in original undamaged packaging in such a manner to ensure proper ventilation and drainage, and to protect against damage, weather, vandalism, and theft until ready for installation.
Storage and Handling. (a) Supplier may charge Customer for storage if Customer does not collect the Product or provide adequate delivery instructions within fourteen (14) days after notification that the Product is ready for collection. Customer must pay the charges specified by Supplier. Product stored by Supplier on Customer’s behalf is at Customer’s sole risk.
(b) In storing and handling the Product, Customer must comply with all applicable laws, especially those relating to health, safety and the environment. Upon written notice, Customer must allow Supplier to enter Customer’s premises to inspect the storage and handling of the Product.
(c) Customer hereby agrees that Supplier will have the right to immediately cease delivery of Product to Customer, pursuant to this Agreement or otherwise, if, in Supplier’s reasonable opinion, Customer fails to take necessary action, within a commercially reasonable time, to prevent or mitigate imminent endangerment to human health, safety, or the environment with regards to Customer or Customer’s representatives or agents’, storing, handling and usage of the Product.
Storage and Handling. If the Buyer does not collect the Material, or provide adequate delivery instructions, within 14 days of request by the Seller, or the Seller agrees to the Buyer's request to delay delivery, the Seller may charge for storage. The Buyer must pay such storage charges monthly at commercial rates. The Material will be stored at the Buyer's risk.
Storage and Handling. (a) We may charge you for storage if you do not collect the goods or provide adequate delivery instructions within 7 days after we tell you that the goods are ready for collection. You must pay the charges we specify when we ask you. Any goods we store on your behalf are at your risk.
(b) In storing and handling the goods, you must comply with our company policies and all applicable laws, especially those relating to health, safety and the environment.
Storage and Handling. 4.3.1 FRESENIUS shall handle and store the Materials in accordance with the Material Specifications so as to avoid any risk of damage thereto or with FRESENIUS’ own ingredients or supplies or with those held by FRESENIUS for third parties.
4.3.2 FRESENIUS shall handle and store the Products in accordance with the Product Specifications so as to avoid any risk of damage thereto or confusion with other products held by FRESENIUS for itself or third parties.
Storage and Handling. Store and handle materials in a manner to protect from damage, exposure to open flame or other ignition sources, and from wetting, condensation or moisture absorption. Store in an enclosed building or trailer that provides a dry, adequately ventilated environment. Store felt rolls on ends. For the 24 hours immediately before application of xxxxx, store xxxxx in an area maintained at a temperature no lower than 50 degrees F above grade and having ventilation around all sides. Replace damaged material with new material.
Storage and Handling. Distributor agrees to store, handle and transport Processed Tissue and adhere to all applicable record keeping requirements therefor, in strict accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including without limitation, the guidelines of the United States Food and Drug Administration (the “FDA”) and the American Association of Tissue Banks (the “AATB”) and the specifications and procedures of LifeCell set forth in Schedule I attached to this Agreement and made apart hereof, as it may be reasonably changed by LifeCell, in its sole discretion, from time to time. LifeCell agrees to provide Distributor with such advance notice of any such changes to Schedule II as is commercially reasonable. Upon reasonable notice and during regular business hours, Distributor shall make available from time to time its storage, handling and transport facilities for inspection at LifeCell’s expense by independent representatives selected by LifeCell or qualified LifeCell employees to verify compliance with the applicable provisions hereof. Distributor shall store Products and sell Products from inventory to Customers in the Sales Territory on a First In First Out basis.
Storage and Handling. Agilent shall store and handle the raw materials (including PEG), consumables and packaging components under appropriate conditions and temperature, humidity, light and cleanliness to avoid any material adverse effect on the identity, strength, quality and purity of such materials and components. Agilent shall store and handle the Product in accordance with the Specification and under appropriate conditions as defined by Customer in accordance with the Product stability studies and temperature, humidity, light and cleanliness to avoid any material adverse effect on the identity, strength, quality and purity of the Product.
