Storage and Handling. Producer shall store and handle the Supplied Products in accordance with the Specifications. Raw materials utilized by Producer in connection with the manufacturing, processing and packaging of the Supplied Products shall not be used by Producer beyond the shelf life designated in the Specifications unless otherwise specified in writing by Purchaser. Producer shall handle, control and store, treat or dispose of any Waste generated in performing its obligations under this Agreement.

Storage and Handling. Locate all tanks (including slip tanks, mobile, and permanent tanks) away from traffic-congested areas. Fuel should be stored at least six metres from a building and there should be a 30 metre minimum clearance from the fuel dock to sleeping accommodations. (c) Customer hereby agrees that Supplier will have the right to immediately cease delivery of Product to Customer, pursuant to this Agreement or otherwise, if, in Supplier’s reasonable opinion, Customer fails to take necessary action, within a commercially reasonable time, to prevent or mitigate imminent endangerment to human health, safety, or the environment with regards to Customer or Customer’s representatives or agents’, storing, handling and usage of the Product.
Storage and Handling. If the Buyer does not collect the Material, or provide adequate delivery instructions, within 14 days of request by the Seller, or the Seller agrees to the Buyer's request to delay delivery, the Seller may charge for storage. The Buyer must pay such storage charges monthly at commercial rates. The Material will be stored at the Buyer's risk.

Storage and Handling. Distributor agrees to store, handle and transport Processed Tissue and adhere to all applicable record keeping requirements therefor, in strict accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including without limitation, the guidelines of the United States Food and Drug Administration (the “FDA”) and the American Association of Tissue Banks (the “AATB”) and the specifications and procedures of LifeCell set forth in Schedule I attached to this Agreement and made apart hereof, as it may be reasonably changed by LifeCell, in its sole discretion, from time to time. Distributor shall store Products and sell Products from inventory to Customers in the Sales Territory on a First In First Out basis.
