Processing of the Remedy Request. (a) Within a reasonable period of time following the receipt by the Seller of the Defect Notice and all additional information that the Seller may have requested pursuant to Section 8.05, the Seller will notify the Purchaser as to whether the request for a Remedy with respect to a Defective Asset has been accepted or rejected and, if accepted, the Remedy that the Seller expects to provide and the expected timing for such Remedy.
