PROCUREMENT OF AGREEMENT. A. The Contractor represents and warrants that, with respect to securing or soliciting this Agreement, the Contractor is in compliance with the requirements of the New York State Lobbying Law (Legislative Law §§ 1-a et seq.). The Contractor makes such representation and warranty to induce the City to enter into this Agreement and the City relies upon such representation and warranty in the execution of this Agreement.
