Procurement of equipment, parts and material. Supplier's written Quality Assurance Program shall include appropriate procedures for controlling the quality of equipment, parts, or material (hardware), supplied under this PO, either individually or in any combination. Such procedures shall ensure that all hardware design and design changes are documented in a hardware design specifications, all software or other design changes or revisions are documented. Such specification and documents evidencing the requirements of this paragraph shall be retained for review by Company or its customers.
