PROCUREMENT OF HARDWARE AND OTHER ITEMS. Customer shall be responsible, at its expense, for procuring and maintaining the communications equipment and lines, computer equipment, software and all other out of pocket expenses, which comprise the Specified Configuration described on Schedule A, and for updating the Specified Configuration in accordance with SunGard's published updates to Schedule A.
